This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and limitations that apply to all users of Image.Hosting. It exists to protect our users, infrastructure, and legal standing. Violations of this policy may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
1. General Principles
Image.Hosting is a free image hosting service intended for personal, non-commercial use. All users are expected to act responsibly, legally, and with respect for others and our systems.
2. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload, share, or link to images that:
- Contain pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material (NSFW)
- Promote violence, hate speech, racism, terrorism, or illegal activities
- Include copyrighted material without proper authorization
- Violate the laws of the European Union, Estonia, or the Netherlands
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use Image.Hosting to:
- Host image libraries or serve as a CDN for websites, avatars, ads, etc.
- Engage in bulk hotlinking or excessive automated uploads
- Provide hosting for commercial, affiliate, or business usage without permission
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape, test, or abuse our platform
4. Storage & Fair Use Limits
To ensure fair access for all users, we impose the following free usage limits:
- Maximum 10,000 uploads per account per month
- Maximum total storage of 100GB per account
Users exceeding these limits may be asked to reduce usage or subscribe to a paid plan. We do not guarantee continued free access for heavy users.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Content removal without notice
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Reporting to relevant authorities for illegal content
